Not gonna lie, I ordered from HealthyFeetStore because my plantar fasciitis has been acting up and I really needed shoes with better arch support. They had a ton of options, which was nice, but it also made it a little overwhelming to figure out which pair was actually the right choice for me.

The shoes I ended up getting did help a bit with my heel pain, so I’ll give them credit for that. They just didn’t make as big of a difference as I was hoping, and the sizing felt slightly off, which was kind of frustrating.

Shipping was fine, and the return info was easy enough to understand. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not amazing either. I’d consider trying them again if I can find a pair that fits better.

The support team did eventually reply and they were polite enough, which I appreciated. That said, it took a couple of days to hear back, so it wasn’t exactly the fastest experience. Not terrible, but definitely room for improvement

Had to return it and swap it out, and it was straightforward. No weird runaround or hassle, just sent it back and got it handled quick.

My order got here quickly and right when they said it would. The tracking maybe could’ve updated a little more, but that’s barely worth mentioning since everything arrived on time and in perfect shape. No issues overall.

These shoes are comfortable. My feet felt good wearing them, which is always the main thing for me. The size was mostly right too, maybe just a tiny bit off, but nothing that made me want to return them. Overall, I’m happy with them
